You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction, to create and operate an account on jjwan. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
All account transactions are conducted in PKR. Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and applicable processing times.
All bonus offers are subject to minimum wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions and expiry periods. Bonus terms are displayed at the point of opt-in. Misuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
jjwan prohibits fraudulent activity, match manipulation, use of automated betting tools, and collusion. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play obligations will be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jjwan will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your password or two-factor authentication details.
We provide deposit limits, loss caps, session timers and self-exclusion tools. Use of these tools is voluntary but strongly encouraged. You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and jjwan ("jjwan", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the jjwan online betting and gaming platform, including all associated services, content, features and functionality available at https://jjwan.cam (the "Platform").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
jjwan reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We therefore recommend that you review this page periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version governs.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jjwan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Pakistan Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. jjwan does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address, are strictly prohibited. jjwan reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances where fraud or deliberate circumvention is evident.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.
jjwan operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and age prior to withdrawing funds or as requested at any time by our compliance team:
jjwan may suspend or restrict Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication settings. You must not share your Account access with any third party. jjwan will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered solely in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.
Pakistan-familiar payment options such as bank transfer, digital wallets and other methods may be available subject to operator and payment-provider configuration. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar providers are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support or affiliate with jjwan. Availability, transaction limits and processing times are determined by each payment provider independently.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed to jjwan's satisfaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified method in your name, at jjwan's discretion.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and your verification status. jjwan accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus values are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
jjwan does not charge deposit fees on its side. Your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
A Bet is accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference has been generated. Until such confirmation is displayed, no Wager has been placed. You are responsible for verifying the details of all confirmed Bets before the relevant event begins.
Odds are displayed at the time of Bet placement and are subject to change up to the point of confirmation. jjwan reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds — including incorrect pricing, software errors or data feed failures — and to settle or void affected Bets accordingly, even after initial confirmation.
In-play markets are available for selected events, including cricket (Pakistan internationals, PSL, ICC tournaments), football and other sports. Live odds are dynamic and may be suspended or removed at any time. jjwan accepts no liability for connectivity losses or delays that affect a User's ability to place or modify live Bets.
jjwan reserves the right to void Bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation or abandonment without a governing-body result, clear and demonstrable pricing error, evidence of match fixing or result manipulation, or any other circumstance deemed appropriate at jjwan's reasonable discretion. Where Bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the User's Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant sportsbook section. Bets that would generate a payout exceeding the applicable maximum may be accepted at a reduced stake calculated to bring the potential payout within the limit.
jjwan may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms displayed at the point of offer:

Access to jjwan is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. We actively screen for underage access and take immediate action where it is detected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface layouts, software, data compilations and game content, is the exclusive property of jjwan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without jjwan's prior written consent.
All trade marks, service marks, brand names and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to those marks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwan, its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
jjwan reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances, where: a User has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected; KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or where jjwan determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account is not appropriate.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining verified Balance. Balances that cannot be withdrawn due to incomplete verification or active bonus restrictions at the time of closure are subject to further review.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and any outstanding financial obligations — shall continue in full force.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which jjwan holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jjwan's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution body as specified by the applicable licensing authority.
To initiate a formal complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to resolve it within twenty-eight (28) days.
jjwan does not claim to be regulated or licensed by any Pakistani governmental body. Governing law is determined by the jurisdiction of the operator's international licence.
jjwan may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
